Terms and Conditions
Initial Annual rates will be payable upon completion of Directory request form. Renewal fees will be billed 12 months from the original posting date with the option of cancellation. No refunds will be made for cancellation of the Directory Listing after payment is received. We can include a graphic with your listing. Please e-mail this separately in a .jpeg or gif electronic format. E-mail Graphics Please allow us 1-2 weeks to add your Listing. We will notify you upon completion for review.

Workshop Directory	$78.00	$10.00
