Emma Lou Lais

Emma Lou Lais, author of "Primitive Hooked Rugs", will be coming from her home in Missouri to Canadaigua, NY to give a four day workshop.

Emma Lou was influenced by watching her mother hook in the 1930's. Emma Lou will help color plan your rug, using a lot of textures with your wool or hers. I am so thrilled to welcome her as a guest at Habersham.

Details

Date: November 6, 7, 8 and 9, 2000
Class will be Monday through Thursday with arrival Sunday between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM for lodging students. Class begins Monday morning at 9:00 AM and ends at 3:30 PM for day students.

Costs

Tuition for lodging students is $425.00. This includes Room, Continental Breakfast, Lunch and a "Get Acquainted with Emma Lou Dinner" on Sunday Eve and Instruction. After dinner, Emma Lou will be available to answer questions for lodging students and we will practice the techniques we learned that day.

Day student tuition is $290.00. This includes Continental Breakfast, Lunch and Instruction. Sales tax is 7% and will be added to these amounts. Students will be on their own for dinner.

Registration

The class is limited

Reservations will be taken in order of paid registration. Upon registration a check for $150.00 is due and non-refundable. A check for the balance of payment is due one month before your session begins. All checks made payable to habersham Bed and Breakfast.
