It apparently took me a couple of time to figure this out. Any way as far as that cutter for 16.00 sounds better than doing it by hand. I'm odering one since I don't want to make a large investment until I see if I like this craft. I'm obviously just starting and can't wait to gather all that I need. Source is non-existant here in Washington. But having great time collecting wool at thrift stores.
Oh yes, my husband majored in art and said he made his own cutter like this when he was in school cause he was poor. lol Hope this helps.
